30-Day Returns

At Lilax, every piece is thoughtfully designed with care and attention to quality. We truly hope you love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and carefully packaged in their original packaging with all included components.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before initiating a return. Once confirmed, we will gladly provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you and ensure the matter is handled promptly.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the payment method.

Return Exceptions

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned without their original packaging or missing original components.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons after the original packaging has been opened, where permitted by applicable law.

Lilax reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this Return Policy.
